For students who are uncertain about their next step to take and would like more insight into their career options.

• Intake interview: We begin with an in-depth conversation about your study and work experiences so far. We’ll explore your strengths, challenges, and development goals.
• CliftonStrenghts Assessment - For Students: You complete a validated talent assessment that offers insight into your personal strengths. This forms the foundation of the coaching process. CliftonStrengths helps you discover what you naturally excel at and what energizes you.
• Career Direction & Opportunities Session: Based on your results and goals, we explore sectors, roles, and career paths that align with your background, interests, and strengths.
• (Optional) Personal Report + Action Plan: You'll receive a comprehensive report with a summary of our sessions, an analysis of your key strengths and challenges, career directions that fit your profile and concrete steps to move forward
• (Optional) Final Session: We review the report together and discuss your next steps.
• The sessions can take place either online or in person.
• Starting at €595 (incl. VAT) – includes intake, CliftonStrengths Assessment and career options analysis (options 1-3).
